"Running a limo company, I need to have my stereo working for my clients. Andy(owner) and Jerry(manager) have always taken care of me in my time of need. I just went in today thinking I had a blown amp. They replaced my 12" sub and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Think about that for a second. What stereo place do you know of that lets you walk in and not have to leave your car or make an appointment. These guys are awesome. I've got story after story(limo's are notorious when it comes to stereos and electical problems)to tell you about these guys keeping my limo in service with a bumping system, but you wouldn't want to read them all. These guys have been in business a long time and really know how to take care of their customers to get repeat business."

"In January, I had to drive to Arizona for the Rock N Roll marathon. I didn't have my CDs handy and knew that the radio was hit and miss through the desert. I stopped by Best Buy to see about getting my ipod hooked up to play through my speakers (something I know nothing about). Best Buy advised me that they didn't carry what I needed and I'd have to go through my dealership. I called the dealership, told them what car I drove, and they said that since I have a luxury vehicle, I would have to go through the dealer to get my ipod hooked up with AUX and it would cost around $1,000. All I wanted was to hear my ipod in the car, nothing special. It was not worth one thousand dollars in my mind.
For my birthday in March, my fiance decided to get my car hooked up with ipod capabilities. He called around town and searched online - where he found Travis at Car Audio Heaven. Travis quoted Josh a couple hundred bucks to hook the car up with AUX and other stuff. We dropped my car off at the shop where Travis said he'd take a look at the car, would hopefully have it ready to go in 2 hours with ipod capabilities. Travis took my keys, pulled my car in the garage and got to work. We started to leave the shop, planning to return in 2 hours, when Travis ran out and stopped us just in time.
Apparently, the dealership tried to screw me. My car, a 2006 Lexus, had ipod capabilities, I just needed a cord plugged in the AUX to make the ipod play. Travis hooked us up with the cord for $20 bucks.
I'm a girl, don't know cars, or electronics - and neither does my fiance. Travis could have pulled a fast one over us and collected a few hundred dollars without us knowing. He instead was honest and cool. Now I can listen to my ipod all the time (while still making time to hear FM94/9).
I'm going to refer Travis and Car Audio Heaven to everyone I know."-Rizzle D.

"As if my first experience with these guys wasn't amazing enough... I had a hefty tax return burning a hole in my pocket, and had been itching to upgrade the stereo in my Yukon ever since the good folks at Car Audio Heaven installed an iPod jack for me back in March. Perfect timing, it turns out, as they took me in same day for an install of a nav/bluetooth/DVD/contraption. Installed on time, and even mounted an iPhone holder I purchased elsewhere (guaranteed I would have screwed that up on my own!)
Here's the bonus: I had initially called them about a burlier make/model, but they talked me DOWN (about $600 worth) to a model that was equal in many ways (at least, the ones I cared about). They took care to make sure I knew how to operate everything, that my phone paired without incident, and that their install hadn't thrown off the functionality of my steering wheel controls, or OnStar equipment.
Couldn't be happier with the product, or their amazing service. Big fan!"-Joe A.
